Joe: Every new year I resolve to eat at home more, and every year I fail miserably. But now I get to document my shortcomings for all to see.
O-toro:
Born in Tokyo, growing up in New York and Toronto i have been fortunate to be exposed to so many different cuisines, with Japanese being a constant at home.
In Toronto my parents ran and owned a Japanese restaurant for some time and had the opportunity to work there and gain first hand knowledge of the tastes and traditions of Japanese cuisine. Leaving my family and living in Vancouver, I am more than happy to enjoy the great selection of dining that this city has to offer. Food is a big part of my life. I love all food, of all cultures. enjoy.

Edmontonian at heart and Vancouverite by choice. I love to travel. I love to eat. I love to photograph. I am blessed to have grown up in a family that shares the same love I have for food. Half my family resides in the US so my eating adventures may drift south from time to time! Happy reading and eating to you!
Thanks for stopping by.

Like you, I am also on a gastronomic adventure of epic purportions!
I am not obsessed about food, I simply adore it with a sweet sweet passion.
I regularly look up cuisines and exotic fruits of all origins on the internets.
You can't know a culture until you've tasted it.

Just wanted to say it was nice meeting you at the Livestock Block Party, if you don't remember I'm Eugene's best friend. I love this blog mostly because I love going out to eat, haha. Hi there,
Just wanted to give you a heads up about a great new sustainable travel contest to celebrate Cadbury Dairy Milk's Fair Trade certification. It's one of our biggest brands and will make Fair Trade Certified chocolate easily accessible to Canadians.
The contest encourages people to make “Fair Trades” in exchange for a chance to win a trip for 4 to Ghana! The winner will get to see the impact of Fair Trade on cocoa farms in Ghana, Africa.
Thought you might like to let your readers in on the contest and website. You can check it out at http://dairymilk.ca/fairtrade.
If you have any q’s, please feel free to contact me.
Thanks!
