In university I used to make nachos as a snack when I was studying and but now I mostly just eat them when I sit on a patio with friends. This picture is from Subeez where you can get a good plate of nachos and add on some chicken. Red Robin used to have the Macho Nachos and you could add ground beef. The Macho Nachos have now been taken off the menu.
Help me out here and list in the comments section what your favourite nachos spot is. Bonus points if I can get meat on them.

Foundation!!!
THE MILL in coal harbour.
if you order the sour cream and guacamole on the side, you will not get the same effect.
but if you order it heaped on top of the nachos, i can almost guarantee that your breath will be taken away as you watch your server bring it to your table.
you can choose between chicken and pulled pork. do the pulled pork.
i don't think any vancouver nachos even compare to the idea of foundation nachos... aside from some stacked homemade
it's obviously foundation
The pub at the top of Grouse Mountain.
I got to check out foundation, but in kits, Migz on Broadway has great nachos with pulled pork on'em!
Pricey but good. Seawall Bar at the Westin Bayshore.
hmm will definitely go and try the nachos at foundation
try @ hastings park. You can watch the game on big screen or bet on some horse too!
Try the nachos at Original Joes. Great value for your dollar & they're pretty darn tasty. I believe you can get meat on them but I perfer mine without meat.
foundation nachos! bring your own meat and secretly sprinkle it on!
AT Martinis on Broadway
$12.50 a plate
they give you salsa sour cream AND guacomole
Foundation for sure.
And the Sylvia Hotel in English Bay does a surprisingly great job too (never thought of them as a nacho place, but there is a taco bowl, meat options, and generous, generous toppings done classy).
I will tenth (or whatever) for Foundation. Meat is negligible in this equation.
the village taphouse in west vancouver!
Tatlows on 4th served up a MOUNTAIN of nachos. Pretty damn good! Pricey though, $18 and $2 for Guacomole.
The nachos at the top of Grouse are great, HOWEVER, if you wanna travel a wee bit, Houston's in Maple Ridge recently acquired a new chef, who put some AMAZING nacho's on their menu. I actually took a picture and tagged them in my facebook as "the best nacho's in the world" and I try nachos at every establishment I go to. Everytime I go to the Ridge, my friends and I go for nacho's. Don't miss these ones!!! They're special!!!
The Kingston! HANDS DOWN! amazing nachos always too big to finish, great to share.
PS. Red Robin Macho Nachos are back on the menu, but only chicken can be added, not beef anymore.
Primo's, hands down!! There are good natcho's, then there are Primo's natchos. Great place for a cold one too!
Foundation.
cheshire cheese in kerrisdale
Foundation. No meat tho, I guess
The Keg has hands down the best nachos I've ever had. You might think it's strange that a steakhouse (and not a good one at that) would have killer nachos, but they do not disappoint.
The "Brochos" at the Foundation. This was a special at one point, that turned into an off-the-menu request that is now often turned down or shrugged off as a "what are you talking about" by staff.
Take the normally amazing Nachos from the Foundation and add Soy Bacon. Amazing.
Hurricane Grill on Marinaside Cr! It is STACKED with seasoned ground beef (or chicken), cheese, peppers, jalapenos, olives. To die for! I would post a picture cuz I couldn't believe how high the pile was and every stack was loaded with goodness!
Migz for sure!
