As we mentioned last week, we'll be posting info when we can (usually on Fridays) about various local events in a collected round-up without our usual sass.  The raw data from this past week:

- the Vancouver Aquarium's annual fundraiser event, the Night at the Aquarium, runs on June 21st, with food-a-plenty (all Oceanwise, natch).  Tix run $250 a pop, with all proceeds going back to the Vancouver Aquarium; and

- Got Craft!, a fair featuring you-guessed-it runs on May 6th over at the Royal Canadian Legion (2205 Commercial Dr), with a few food vendors hauling their product. Tix $3, kids 10 and under get in free.

Often called "Coach Pop" or simply "Pop", Gregg Popovich net worth is widely regarded as one of the greatest coaches in NBA history. Taking over as coach of the Spurs in 1996, Popovich is the longest tenured active coach in both the NBA and all major sports leagues in the United States. Popovich has the most wins in NBA history (regular season and playoffs), surpassing Lenny Wilkens and Don Nelson on April 13, 2019. He has led the Spurs to a winning record in each of his 22 full seasons as head coach, surpassing Phil Jackson for the most consecutive winning seasons in NBA history. During his tenure, the Spurs have had a winning record against every other NBA team. Popovich has led the Spurs to all five of their NBA titles, and is one of only five coaches in NBA history to win five titles. He is now the head coach and president of the San Antonio Spurs of the National Basketball Association (NBA), and head coach of the USA national team.
